Work life balance is pretty bad tbh. There is a lot of work . Policy and Culture is great. Most of the people are polite but you need to be on your A game to survive . If you slack and take things for granted you will be shown the door.

In my perspective, if you’re looking for long term then give it a go. Restructuring and layoff is part of every org these days. If you get your self recognised and have open mind, it’s far-far better then consulting firm(talking from experience).
Also, S&P is known for people having long term career like 10-20 years.
MI as a whole is good division, anyway work culture mostly boils down to your team and mgr.
