Can you please tell me how is the job security in MI division for a new joiner at grade 11?I have read multiple posts regarding monthly firing in this division.My concern is whether they fire a new joinee within months or they wait for some time to grasp the product and then judge? O am really worried about this.Please reply.And in case if people are laid off what severance do they provide?Is it just the 2 months NP salary or extra?S&P Global
