What position is the Senior Insurance controllership 1?? Is it equivalent to Asst Manager or Manager? Any answers it would be of great help

Had my 2nd interview with the hiring manager this past Friday & sent a thank you shortly after. It's now Tuesday (for those who see this on another day). At the end of the interview he said they've had other people who were interested but only one other person besides me were they considering. Said he would talk to his team and possibly have me fly out to meet in person. How long should I wait to follow up without seeming pushy? Also welcome any other tips to separate me from other candidate.

Have a final round of interviews as a remote candidate for a team that mainly lives in NYC. Hiring manager said during first interview that my location / remote status doesn’t matter and he has no concerns with hiring remotely for the role. How do I sell myself as a remote candidate to the other 4 team members I am meeting, knowing they all are located in the same city?

I’m supposedly going to get promoted to a managerial position next spring. I’ve been with the company for 3 years already. Do you get to negotiate salary when you get promoted?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.
