I did not receive anything in written from HR on joining bonus from TCS but they conveyed orally about it and when does the joining bonus gets credited

We are 3 people share 1 flat.
Total rent is X.
We divide X/3 and we have rent agreement where everyone is mentioned.
How much rent i can mention in HRA X/3 or X.
Because if I mention X I’ll get more benefits.

Does having corporate NPS account make any difference? Ultimately we get 50k additional deduction only ,right? So between an employee giving a voluntary contri of 50k to an individual nps account and another whose employer's contri 50k to corporate account will give the same benefits, isn't this understanding correct?
