Recently I had an interview for the Cloud Lead position, also done with all-round of interview including technical and HR salary discussion but after 1.5 week not received any update from HR about offer letter release or to share document. any idea how much time would HR take after salary negotiation to process with next step ?

I am confused which should I select, trusting Cognizant and joining on less or going for one the company mentioned above.

Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction.

My stepmom threw me a very elaborate bridal shower. My stepsister pitched in and also did a lot of work for it. Bridesmaids helped but didn’t do a ton. Clerks, at what point in your clerkship did you start applying for jobs? I’m about halfway through a two year clerkship in my intended market and I am trying to figure out when I need to seriously start applying.

How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied?
