I actually look forward to my runs and enjoy them. I’ve never been a runner, so it’s a really nice change.

And lost a nice 5 lb (which is substantial given I’m 5 ft tall)

I can relate to this, Im the same way. Seems like we put on weight so easily and it’s so hard to get it off. Any win is a good win :)

Ups and downs, but I’m focusing on keeping myself as healthy as possible through fitness, nutrition, mental and creative activities, etc. That’s helped motivate me to keep going with habit building.

Feeling great!! Been eating healthier and working out 60 min a day with the peloton app. Lost 8 pounds

Feeling better, gained some muscle, more energy, look forward to running, push up techniques are improving. Overall pretty good.

Working out a lot now and eat pretty healthy. Drink far too much wine but will start to cut back on that.

Despite working out more on average per week than I did on the road, and feeling very strong and fit physically, my mental health is sh*t

Haven’t lost as many lbs as I would like yet, but running more than I ever have in my life and feel great doing it. Made it past my PR of 8 miles last week! Cooking and eating lots of vegetables and healthy foods also.

Sleep schedule is completely wrecked, but I’ll take wins where I can get them.

Great. No office snack machine. No leftover catering from client meetings. No donut Fridays.

Routine - without this, everything collapses. I start my morning everyday with breath work, then meditation, and finally a workout. I miss some days when I don’t get this right in the morning

Definitely gained some tiny guns in my arms when I flex. Don’t think the scale has changed though. :/

Lost 13 lbs so far. No exercising unfortunately so probably lost some muscle along with fat.

My mom surprised me at a family friends house to have them tell me their “big news”. Their daughter is pregnant. So I had to not cry in front of the whole family when she knew I’ve been struggling for 2 years and she already knew their daughter was pregnant. I’m super happy for her, just pretty emotional since my sister just gave birth too. I’m not sure how to tell my mom that there was a much better way to handle the situation. Infertility sucks.

I don’t think that most people they find in the lake went in it willingly. Water makes it too easy to cover up murders. Washes away evidence. But it’s dismissed because most people they found had also been drinking. But people just disappearing miles away from the Lake don’t just fall in it. Yes, suicide happens. But many of these cases show zero signs of anything like that. The constant MO is being out with friends having fun. The friend vanishes. Then is found in the lake weeks later.

Hi all! I had my first ultrasound yesterday morning (~36 hours), and now I am having steady dark pink spotting with dark mucus. Has anyone experienced the same or similar? First time pregnant here, I’m 26 weeks. I hear a lot about postpartum depression and I understand it could be coming from change of hormones and exhaustion. But I keep thinking there’s no way I can go through depression knowing how excited I am to meet the baby. Can you please share what feelings you had during your postpartum journey? Do you still go through it even with a positive mindset and help from your partner or family?

The person I’m seeing has been responding to my texts days later (only a recent development) and it’s making me anxious. They have been busy the past two weeks with PhD exams and their last message was them planning when they could see me again (in a really flirty way too), so logically I know the delay is not a sign of disinterest. But I have an anxious attachment style (if that’s not obvious) and my therapist is on leave right now, so I’m struggling. Do any of you have any advice?

Any thoughts on the 75 Hard challenge? I’ve started seeing it circulate on social media again and I’m interested to give it a try (I do better working out and eating well in a framework). But, I’m not sure I love how rigid the program is - seems like it could be setting you up for a bad relationship with your diet and/or exercise.
