I am a contract employee that was just brought on a month ago. I have done well with onboarding and learning their tech. I have now been asked to design an architecture for an upcoming project, and document it all. Nothing at this company has been well documented before. I have a feeling they just planning to use my previous experience and then let me go since my pay is high. Is there a way I can safeguard against this?

Thinking of switching employers. Do you think bigger retail stores (the ones that have several locations) are easier or harder to work at than little hole-in-the-wall grocery stores (which is all I've ever done)? I am getting selected in all consultancy giants like tcs, Accenture, Capgemini but I am not getting any calls from product based companies like Salesforce, teradata, Mcaffe Any idea how can I get into product based companies.

Senior manager wants everyone to share our screen with him for the day so he can monitor what everybody is doing. I personally thing this is ridiculous. Can I ask him send this request in writing?

PEOPLE DO MAKE MISTAKES!! but My manager reacts very rudely everytime with me, And all seniors who are with him around 10+ years will assign tickets to me and they monitor me continuously.
