How do you engage your students in more reading outside of what is required in the classroom? With each passing year I am finding an ever shrinking population of students, including honors students, who actually read beyond what is posted in social media or video games. Students willingly volunteer that they do not read and most parents see it as a non-issue. I tell my students that the best readers are usually the best writers. I have 8+ years of experience and UKG has offered me 18 LPA fixed plus 10% variable. Is this fine for 8+ yoe ?
And they were offering me some amount for buy out but things didn't work on out at my current company ,so now can I ask ukg to give that amount to me as joining bonus ? Please reply.
