And CTC breakdown was released, as I’m not satisfied with the package and I have asked the team to reconsider the number which I have provided.
As HR is not responding to my calls and replies as he said it’s under discussion with business.

What does this delay mean? As it’s been more than a week.
Are they considering some other options? Or really discussing with business? Chubb

Got a mail from RL to schedule a discussion for career outlook conversation next week, so most of us would get to know the numbers and impact tier by next week.
