I cannot begin to explain how amazing this feeling is and how every denial, struggle, hour spent preparing for interviews and networking was all worth it. Unbelievable

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

Any medical science liaisons in the group and willing to share what helped them get their position? Starting job search in this role as a clinical pharmacist with 7 years of experience currently working as clinical pharmacy specialist is oncology. Thanks

I’m being offered a role as systems engineer (feels more like a sales engineer) in the energy industry.
Frequent travels required through Europe 6 months out of the year. Responsible for tech consultation with customers on pre-sales, system integration post-sale + training customers on product /fixing problems on their site.

The interviewer said to me to add 30% on my current salary and ask for that. Now I’m asking for £97k. Reasonable?

How do I argument £97k when they try to negotiate?

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

I have worked in senior Executive Assistant roles the majority of my career. I have had added job descriptions as I am the queen of taking on more. Right now my title is Director of Operations but when I look at a job description I only do a few things from that role. As you are aware in current market situation companies are not ready to increase joining date.
