Sounds like good friends saying goodbye....

McKinsey & Company Any tested strategy to move from FDD/PMO profile to a strategy/consulting profile?
How would you bring that change to align yourself towards a strategy profile at a Manager level?
Are there any projects/internships that one can do to gain practical exposure ?

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Congratulations! Exactly what happened to me yesterday.
Definitely taking it - Negotiating start dates now!
Everyone plays themselves up in interviews and then struggles with imposter syndrome.
If you can make it up, then you know the right things to do so go do it. I guess if you know for sure that you can't do the job, turn it down. But if you think you can, then give it a go. Worst case, if you don't deliver, they're gonna fire you and you'll move on, make up some great stuff for your next interview and keep watching your salary go up. Best case, you do great, keep moving up. Seems like a no brainer to me.
Thanks for the perspective. I’d say at my worst assumption I feel about 40% qualified, on my best 80% qualified. I guess that’s part of life. I’m going to take the leap.
I would say it's very common. Consider interviewing like taking a big exam. You're not going to remember everything you studied after the test is over, but you're proving you're capable of stepping up when you need to be.
And congratulations!
Same here. Do let us know how it goes OP :)
