I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

1. Whats your point of view on the job description/ roles and responsibilities that you would be dealing in these. No one in this forum would have a clue on this
2. Do you know the specific team/ technology that you would be getting into? If yes, do you know any one from the same area, team having similar experience, thought process as you who can give honest opinion from their point of view on work life balance? Work life balance is subjective and can not be generalised.
3. Work culture is associated to the people that you are dealing with and the one who defines the way in which job needs to be executed/driven. This is again person and team specific. If you know specific individuals of team that you would be getting into - they can give personalised opinion.
On a side note- if there is a company among the list given by you which offers you the least, has excellent work life balance, has specific tech stack since ages, gives less hike due to their less spend on technology and limited market - would you join such company?
