I'm a fresher and joined OFSS in Aug '22. I am planning to put my papers in as I need to prepare for competitive exams and the WLB is near zero. I get no time during weekdays (12-14 hrs) and only able to study 3-4 hrs during weekends(excluding class time of 4 hrs and travel time of 2).

As the notice period is 2 months, when would be the best time to resign? June '23 or after completing 1 year?(Aug '23). I have not received my consulting bonus, either.

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

Total 20.5LPA +1

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.
