Have an upcoming interview and need a small tip! You know how questions cannot have format of STAR method, however what method can one use to answer questions like - what are your strength? How would lead conversations with a difficult client?

Also, how long these answers should be?

I cleared all my rounds for 2.2 level and shared all my documents on the link HR shared. It's been two weeks and the offer letter is not generated. The HR keeps telling me to wait until Friday and then postpones to next week. Can anyone help me understand this?

My 2nd round of interview for AWM VP position got cancelled with #JPMC at the end minute. HR said the position is put on hold by Business.. any similar experiences? Anytime HR came back with interview schedule later in such cases?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
