On March 13th, I gave my R1/L1 interviews for the Workday Consultant role at Capgemini and Deloitte. Surprisingly, within just an hour after completing the first round, I received a call from HR regarding the second round, which they scheduled on the same day. I completed the second round interviews for both companies as well, but I haven’t received any update or call from HR as quickly as I did for the first round. Is there a way to track the status of my R2/L2 interviews?

What do big product based firms ask in Front end dev interviews? If DS, do we require to prepare DS as thoroughly as a Backend Dev?

I am a business development manager in a small biotech incubator. My end goal is to work in commercial, BD or operations within a big pharma/biotech company. What would be best for me:

1) stay in my company to quickly become BD Director and then exit (however my learning opportunities within my current company might be limited)
2) go do consulting for a few years
3) any other recommendations?

I'm looking for a change and want to get into a DS role. I have 1.8 years of experience at a fortune 50 retailer and I am currently a senior analyst. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. I have done a DL project (CNN) in my master's dissertation and also have done projects with Regression too. I've been applying to companies via LinkedIn but not receiving any call back. Help me ask for a raise in my upcoming performance review? In sum, my company’s HQ is in Texas and I feel I’m being paid a Texas wage when I live in Los Angeles (the role is remote). We do have a San Francisco office and I want to ask my boss to match me what staff are making there. As that’s more comparable. Based off of Glassdoor, my salary matches Texas’s exactly and SF has the same role at 10k more. Should I show him the Glassdoor page? Don’t want to come off too strong. Please advise

How much is too much when pushing for a raise? I’ve been in my position a little over 1 year, received top scores in my annual review, kept my team intact, yet I’m paid at the lowest salary band for my level. Manager has said multiple times she would look into a raise for me but nothing has happened. Person before me in this role was earning +$17K than me. How many times do I have to ask?

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

Saw someone asking about high-rise apartments in Mott Haven earlier. Just moved into a new apartment building here and honestly it’s not as bad as I thought.
