I have recently completed my MBA and working in a company. Prior to my MBA, I had 3 years of experience in web development and AI/ML working on NLP applications.
I am currently not happy with my profile in the current company and is looking to pivot back to AI/ML, maybe as a data scientist.

Can you guys suggest me how can i do that, maybe some career tips and company names where I can apply who would not have issue with my 2 year educational gap for MBA

Curious to know what other firm's bonus structures are, particularly those with billable requirements of 1900 and below. Trying to understand what the norm is and figure out if associates at my firm are getting screwed. thanks

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?
