I’m transitioning into a role where I’ll be more hands on in production. Previously, the producers handled the budget, contracts etc. I haven’t done this in a long while so I hope I could get some answers here to be more prepared

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? The sheer volume of work is exhausting and I haven’t taken a true vacation as we are a small company so if something urgent comes to my email I feel like I must respond. I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. I wanted to start a thread. What vitamins / supplements / medications are you taking for your menopause symptoms? I’m supposed to take Estradiol pills twice per day but sometimes am horrible at remembering. I should be taking D3 per my Doctor but when I ran out earlier in the year I never bought more. The same goes for my multivitamin although I’m sure I really need one! I wonder if I should just use natural remedies like Black Cohosh, but that didn't work well for me.
