I'm confused with what CTC i should be expecting or asking in my current interviews.
Around 4 years of total experience and 3.5 years of SAP SD experience in S4 implementation and roll out projects

Current CTC is 6.5 and I'm hoping to get atleast 12 + fixed

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

How much salary is offered to director and senior director ?
