Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!

Hot take - nuclear > wind/solar. It’s the only renewable energy source with enough potential to meet the energy needs. Uses less land, makes energy more efficiently, and the technology is already there and proven. Nuclear wastes are no fun but wind and solar have their own waste problems too. Thoughts?

I am a tenant and my landlord wants to come into my room for the first time in years to check on a possible leak situation that has come up. I wasn’t expecting visitors and live alone in a tiny place so it’s a bit untidy (kind of understatement). It certainly isn’t how I would want visitors to see it. Is it ok to let my landlord in if it is like this or does it need to be squeaky clean? Won’t have time to clean before he comes in.
