Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

100% boutique. 1) it is client facing 2) boutiques still exist for a reason so you will develop specialized skills that will make you more valuable 3) pays more. Do not take the internal role as it is not treated the same
Very helpful! Thank you ;)
Boutique. You won’t learn nearly as much working internally here.
No but I’ve consulted on internal projects. You’ll be better suited going to the boutique and moving internal later in your career.
Do NOT come to corporate functions at accenture. Cuts gonna b heavy
There's sooooo much room to destroy in the mess that has become our back office. Way too many portals and the central ones search functionality is awful.
When you turn down the JPM offer dm me, I’ll take it
Le me: trying to escape from France
Recruiters for what? FAANG? Plenty of my non-Accenture Strategy colleagues go to FAANG
Yeah I would echo what my other colleagues are saying, I would go to the boutique
Boutique! You’ll likely get better apprenticeship opportunities and be able to chart your own path in and out. Chances are you’ll be a number at Accenture and not be able to determine your own path or growth. There are exceptions, but I think your chances are better at a smaller place where you can build community.
If you’re starting off your career take the client facing boutique offer. Those skills are more value able IMO.
It's incredibly difficult to even get into Accenture Corporate Functions, so wow to that! Once you're "in" at Accenture, it's easy to move to other roles. It'll just take about a year or so. Ultimately, though, you need to choose what's best for your long-term career goals.
Agree. I started in corp function but moved internally to tech. You’ll have to skill up before you can make the move
Also, work/ life balance in CF is typically great. Progression can be slow but really depends on the project.
Client facing. 15 years later you can go to operations / corporate functions
