Account Managers. If you are the client’s day to day, can you list out your roles and responsibilities? I’m working with PR, and these account people are the absolute WORST. Help.

I’ve been hearing a lot about pharma and working for a Pharma client in discussion of salaries here. Do people working for a pharma client make significantly more?

How do PPMDs make sure when you are replacing an incumbent, you don't get handed down a broken system ? What sort of knowledge transfer and contractual framework do you get the client to agree to and how do you negotiate on that? I feel clients are not always honest and hide a lot of landmines which a consulting company can walk into and blamed for it.

The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?
