I have 4 YOE. I am going to make my first switch in a month.

I have to decide between two offers - Visa inc and JP Morgan

Tech stack in both is Java in backend with Angular/react in frontend

The Compensation offered in Visa is 22 LPA fixed and JPMorgan is 24 LPA fixed.

Kindly share your thoughts and help me in deciding. I want to know from career growth perspective, WLB and benefits.

Advice Request: Started my career litigating. Switched to niche transactions (so about half and half at this point). Switching from commission to salary!

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?

I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
