I have been selected for the role of Data Migration as Senior Consultant, HCL Bangalore.
How much is the max they can give for Senior Consultant
As I already have an offer of 17.25 (including 15%variable)+1.25 Joining bonus from infosys.
YoE: Less than 6 years
If anyone can suggest me for the max amount I can ask for.

I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.
I want to join LTI but with higher package.. Please suggest what would be a wise step here in my situation.

I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all. I have an offer of 9.5 lpa with company A
Currently interview with company B and settled the deal at 13 lpa
The company B hasnt released the offer yet, is there chance that they might revise the 13 lpa offer and reduce it, as they were really stressing out on my cctc or in the worst case scenarios will I be rejected ???

PS - Company B have taken all my documents for document verification.

I have job offer from Cognizant for associate-projects role and also from Capgemini for Consultant/B2 role. Both are based in Bangalore. I am confused on which to prefer. Cognizant is offering just 48k in fixed and 45k in variable more than Capgemini.
