Capgemini is doing extremely well in revenues this year, so chances of layoffs for "budget" reasons are slim to none.
Capgemini seemed good for job security... Was there for 1.5 years

Any service based company will do layoff if they don't get projects....wlb depends on your role and project.....skills etc
I have been with Capgemini for more than 6 years and never heard of mass layoffs in the organisation.
Although in the current market it’s better to stay wherever you are for sometime unless you really need to move.
I don't know how true this is...Capgemini has done layoffs quite a few times....most recent one was during first wave of covid ....it was in the news ....
