Hi all,

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

YoE 5 Years in Industry after MCA

I got offer in Infosys for 6.7 Lpa (55% on my Current CTC).

Recently, I got promotion and hike as well. So now the offer @Infosys is merely 34% of my revised salary.

Is it good Idea to renegotiate the salary? How to approach?

Note: I do not hold any other offer.

I have an offer for 11 LPA. Prince2 certified , B.Tech , PG in IB , 5 years of experience. Need to move to Bangalore for the new offer of 13 LPA . What should be the target negotiation amount ?
