For 6.6 yrs in SAP HCM, my current salary is fixed base -20.95L with variable 10% =CTC -23L.

I got offer from WM global technology services India pvt Ltd (I assume this is Walmart global tech).

Location: IN KA BANGALORE Home Office PW II. The offer has below

Annual base pay - 24L + Retirals - 1.15L = Annaul fixed pay - 25.15L
Annual bonus (20%) - 4.8L
RSU (25%) - 6L
Total Target pay - 35.95L

Wanted to get your opinion on the offer. Pls help me out. Am I lowballed?

I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

I recently accepted a position with a new org. One of the benefits I asked about with offer was the parental leave policy and was told (in writing by HR) 16 weeks paid after 1 year, which is as good as you can hope for in US. Now I’ve been sent the employee handbook to review/sign and it says only 12 weeks, which is less than the org I’m leaving. What might my recourses be to negotiate 16 weeks when the time comes? Also, should I be viewing this is a red flag?

Or she would have to come back and negotiate.
I didn't get offer till now.
