If you are past your “transitional” CLE requirements, I would recommend getting Strafford’s CLE pass. I think it’s about $1000 for a year but you can do all your CLEs using it and they have the most patent prosecution related CLEs out of all the CLE providers I’ve seen.
I do Strafford presentations two or three times a year. We try to keep it interesting and up to date. Being licensed in a state without CLE I don't attend many, but the ones I've sat in on have been great (obviously mine have as well haha).
Current firm does Strafford (we just presented yesterday, in fact). I know IBM gives their attorneys full PLI access (sans bar prep). Not sure how much it cost, but it was fantastic - covered a LOT more than patent law, though, so may be pricier/more than you need.
My state bar has an IP section that has monthly CLEs in non-COVID times. They've been hit or miss, but the cheapest option, by far. Q
Your state bar association will have some CLE courses and the USPTO offers many different things throughout any given year. I would recommend the USPTO's Stakeholder Course. You can find events at the USPTO here ... https://www.uspto.gov/about-us/events
