I am a 2017 graduate from IIT Roorkee and a 2023 graduate from IIM Calcutta. I have a total of
4 years of experience in product management. I switched firms (following layoff at Paytm) to my current firm.
My comp is 26L fixed plus 2L variable. Am I underpaid? What salary should I be targeting?

How much should a TV producer be paid a year? I've been working as a digital producer for 2 years now and I've been traveling for the last 4 years, so I'm not sure what would be a fair payment in the US for a TV producer. Any comment will be extremely helpful.

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?

I do like the work..but I know I’ll be paid atleast 35K more if I leave..and not sure if the next promotion will happen sooner than 3 years..leave or stay? Don’t have much partner or leadership support but not in a bad book as well

Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.

Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang). Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
