I tried searching Glassdoor but didn't got much for omnia seems like it's their newer division

I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. They said they will come back on it and a day ago i can see that the recruiter has posted a job opening in naukri with the similer set of experience with what i have and i am little skeptical that will they revoke my offer. The job opening is posted by the same recruiter who has recruited me and looking for people who can join within 30 days

Lateraled into banking and I'm getting killed. I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens.
