JPMorgan Chase folks, how long does it take after accepting the offer/contract to getting contacted by the premployment screening team ? I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Which one will be better in terms of WLB and future growth. CTC is around 18 for all. YOE 6.

Lesson learnt:

Never tell your colleagues where you are joining beforehand.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
