I am currently working with IBM as Cloud Engineer(Devops), my band is 6B and CTC is 9.2 LPA and total 5 YOE. I got my H1B stamping done from IBM.

I am confused whether to switch or wait for opportunity from IBM for US onsite.

Please suggest as I need to settle but with this package it will be hard to run a family.
I have onsite aspirations but looks like there are not much projects in IBM for that.

I interned at RBC Wealth Management last summer and currently have 2 offers for summer 2023 that require a decision next week: 1 for BASF (chemical manufacturing) and 1 for Peraton (defense technology); I am also waiting to hear back from SMBC (S&T), Point72, Lord Abbett, Boeing, and Shell. I hope to break into banking next summer, and I’m interested in the Natural Resources, Industrials, and Real Estate industry groups. Any advice on what to do? Thanks!

I am located Northern Illinois. I am currently making about 34,000 yearly. I am wondering what other LPN's working for a school district make in this area or even in Wisconsin.

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position.
