I have offer from Oracle 13 lpa and offer from Lti is in pipeline which is of 16 lpa plus 1 lk joining bonus. I personally think to join Oracle, does anyone help me to know whether Oracle revise the offer at least match the offer same as of Lti.

I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

Hi , I think I asked less CTC for my experience from ey GDS .offer already released one month ago. can I ask hr to increase it now.? My doj is in nov. And currently don't have any offer now.

I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. Company A is not responding , no communication , No reply to mails and not picking up the call. What to do? any suggestion will be appricaited.
