Is there anyone working there who can give me more information on the culture, salary hikes, job pressure etc

Also I wanted to check whether in Wipro it's more like a team management role ( because its my first time in to an MNC. I have been only to small companies and startups where even managers have to work like engineers apart from their management stuffs)

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

Say I work in tech and have a decent finance experience. Would my 3 yoe of domain "expertise" in tech make me an attractive bet for the banks Tech coverage team? In other words, does having experience in Tech make me more hireable for IBD?
