I was selected for SAP Labs project. I rejected offer because of the third party payroll. Later, Atos agreed to take me on their payroll and eliminate the third party payroll part. NTT Data is also offering me same role for the same project. I need to choose between Atos and NTT Data?

Can you please help me with some inputs that can help me to make my decision.

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. Even if I invest time in learning Java I can be at a beginner level.

Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?

Last night I went over to my friends house (she has 2 kids, 2 and 4 yo). She and her husband were asking me about my pregnancy and planning. And were asking what I’ve prepped to date. I’m only 13w2 days so I think it’s way to early for buying stuff, but I did mention we hired a baby nurse for when the baby comes. My friend completely berated me, short of calling me a bad mom already, saying “what is she going to do all day? Don’t you want to bond with your child?”. I’m so upset by this.
