Recently got a role at GCP as TAM (comp is pending) but I also got into bschool ; I was hoping to use bschool to transition into product management but I’m not conflicted as I got into my dream company. I see 3 options: 1, join GCP as TAM and forget about bschool 2, join the role but quit in several months to join bschool or 3, join google and hope bschool gives me a deferral. What would you do? If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.

Is tcs stopped FAV annual hike for the laterals?
Hello.. i have 6 years of experience in frontend development. I have offer of 27.5 from Nagarro (client to be decided yet) and 30 from HCL Technologies (apple client and work location also apple) and 26 from Netcracker Technology Corp. maybe with some joining bonus. Which do you think I should join.
Hi fishies, I am currently working as a Manager at Accenture for one of their MDM project. I have received an offer from Axtria. I have asked for 40% hike on my current CTC. There is no WLB in my current project, hence considering Axtria. If someone can help me understand the work culture in Axtria especially in BI segment.

For a CTC of 18, this looks pretty shady to me
I have double base salary than yours with 14 lpa ctc
Pls clarify base salary or basic salary?? Jump doesn’t depend on basic but base.
Retention bonus is every year.
Chief
That's TCS' standard salary structure. Nothing shady about it.
What would be in hand?
you will get something around 1.10 inhand after tax
Your in-hand salary should be between 1,23,000 to 1,30,000 depending upon tax implications. It's a very good payout. Do not move to any other company for a few lakhs unless you are getting somewhere around 27+. At 18 LPA in TCS, your can work peacefully for the rest of your life. A yearly increment of 5-8 percent boost your pay by at least a lakh. So stick with this firm for medium to long term. Basic pay does not matter at all. If you feel that your EPF is low, simply invest in PPF or NPS that's all.
In the same ctc will I get the full performance bonus/qva?
When will the qva be paid out if joined in sep?
Will the Retention incentive be prorated if joined in the middle of the financial year?
Hi,
I have also got kind of similar package. What is the inhand salary are you getting.
