Reaching out to this group for a different reason.
I am asked to train a team member to take interviews for product owner position. Position is based out of Europe.
I usually take managerial rounds for mean stack developers, automation QA, scrum masters but this time I am asked to train a guy who can take interviews of a product owner.
I have never been a product owner and hence looking for some tips how to conduct such interviews. Qualities, typical questions asked to prd owners

Is there a good probability of receiving an offer after an on-site interview with Deloitte? Interviewing for digital care group.

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Ive got three interviews coming up and l am wondering how I can improve my chances of getting an offer. Any ideas are welcome. I need a new job like yesterday.

I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. What are some things recruiters expect from candidates in this situation to continue considering them?

What according to your experience during interviews has been one thing that you said or did made you get the job over 1000s of other applicants for a job, according to you? What is that one thing that made a difference and set you apart?

I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Friend of mine just got a second interview with Boston Consulting Group (believe they only do 2 rounds). I am really rooting for her.

Anyone know if getting to the second round is a big deal? Or do they move a lot of people on and cut everyone after the second round?
