YOE - 7, How is the work culture in KPMG (KGS) for Cloud Advisory position. I have offers with Mindtree, Chennai and KGS, Bangalore for the same CTC but for different locations. Does KGS planning to enable permanent WFH after Covid? What are the other perks and benefits I can expect from joining BIG4 than mid-tier IT company apart from brand name. As I don't have any experience with BIG4, I would want to explore BIG4s but wanted to know how it's different from IT services firms.

I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could.. According to California Law, employers must pay unused vacation. Each year, we are given 33 days of holidays, no accrual. I was just laid off and my employer only paid half of my vacation because it’s mid year. Is this legal?

In hibob it says I had 32.5 days accrued.

I have an offer from TCS which is offering 35 LPA. However the variable component is around 7LPA. I want to know does TCS pay variable 100% or they deduct a considerable amount from variable.

I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. I’ve been asked to provide examples how my role has changed since I started to justify the increase. Is this normal? Or is this just their way of denying my request?
