I joined kpmg a year ago as a Con 1. How much hike should I expect with rating of 3/5. However I am not allotted any engagement since Jan 2024. How is this going to impact my performance bonus and salary increment?

Would it be a good idea to join Accenture or better to stay back at TCS (retention offer: onsite & promotion) - considering I cannot change my base location from Kolkata. Will Accenture allow remote work once offices open?

How many days it takes usually to release the offer letter in Cerner?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
