But I have left my last job in June '24 hence have 5 months of employment gap. I am actively looking for a job in Wells Fargo. Could anyone suggest me which one to join in terms of
-Growth and opportunities,
- What would be hikes for these annually,
- Work life balance.

I know people say the Google hiring process is long, but I’ve been in the process for over 100 days now...when does it become too long by even Google standards?

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Just started in-house and my days are full of meetings with little time in between to analyze or process anything. Is this typical? I keep taking lots of notes but haven’t had a chance to really review and reflect on my notes, to follow up and investigate or do any strategic or legal analysis. Lots of on the fly work for now. Maybe it’s like this just the first few days where I’m getting the lay of the land? But I suspect it’ll be like this for a while… Any tips appreciated.
