I joined TCS Mumbai (SAP MM) on 22 June 26 and was allocated to a client on 13 July 26. On the same day, my name's client user ID has been created and I am expected to receive client access and my Microsoft Office 365 license this week.

However, I haven't received any update on my BGC status. HR mentioned they would only contact me if there were any issues.

How & when will I knw whether my BGC has been cleared?

Or after probation completion I should consider my BGC is cleared.

After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.


Anyone please advise.
