Hello folks, if any senior professionals in the bowl can answer this it will be helpful . I joined citi in AUG 25. My rating was 3,3. My pay while joining was 22 lakhs. I am in C10 level. My manager information that since i joined in aug 25 , I haven't gotten any hike and the bonus is 32k.

Can anyone explain why 0%hike ? I know few people who joined in sep 25 who has gotten 3-4 % hike.

Who decides hike percentage. Is it my manager or HR ?

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I have already accepted offer from TIAA and have received the Onboarding link. Will it be okay to renegotiate the CTC now by providing a counter offer.
Also,Do you know of any instance , when TIAA has declined the JB post joining.
