I joined MS Bangalore office last month. In my offer letter it is mentioned that I'll get 2.5 lakh (gross up) one time relocation allowance. Can anyone tell me, when can i expect that money to be credited in my bank account ? I have already received my 1st month salary along with all other allowances.

Hey! Just looking for some solidarity—I’ve been applying to many, many jobs after graduation and either not getting called in for interviews or not getting second/third round interviews. Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. As an engineer with a functional knowledge (but no former training) in IT and data analytics, what are the best avenues to get to 200k without changing fields and starting at an entry level position (or moving to a HCOL area)?
