Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list? All 3 have given a strict budget of 30-31LPA

I need help on 2 things
-Which co. has better growth in term of WLB, Skills, salary hike?
-As per my exp., what should be the best negotiation?
