Why there is so much of hatred towards Kyndrl all over . Is it really such a bad company .

In one interview today with Kundyl. Their expectation is to be available oncall 24*7... With work from office.

They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB...

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

Did any of you in Kyndryl got your offer revised with a counter offer ?
