I have a offer letter of IBM ISL. They have given me joining date which is of 50 days but my actual notice period is of 60 days. When i have mailed and called them the HR told this is same for every one . Once you share the LWD mail they will change the dates . She asked me to accept the offer which i have already done .

Is this issue faced by anyone is this generic in IBM .

I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
