Conflicted 2nd Year Associate here. I generally like my firm but obviously hate the practice of law (biglaw). I've been offered a fairly generous comp package to take a non-attorney compliance role with a FAANG company. While there is a modest base pay cut, the total comp (sign on + annual bonus + options) beats where I'm at now and probably will be better than Cravath-scale (including bonus) through at least Year 4. We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
