I'm into digital marketing and expertise in SEO and recently got into Publicis Groupe's PGD wing from India for Australian client and time zone and that too completely WFH.

My Current CTC is 9.97 LPA including variable of 95k

New offer CTC - 14.5(All fixed) and 1.3 Lakh as relocation (can be claimed by going to base location for just 10 days initially).

I am working at NSEIT in Software Delivery (Process Excellence at client side) Grade E30 since Feb 2021.
I have 7 YOE
Current CTC 14.3
Is it a fair CTC?
What is the avg salary at E40 grade?

Is Zs associates still providing WFH allowance for new joiners. Please guide as I am going to join and I am planning to buy a comfortable chair, so I will decide the budget depends on the allowance will be provided or not. Please suggest.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?
