I am having 5 YOE as Java Developer so my current ctc is 15 LPA. Currently i am serving notice period and having offer of
EY Gds:- 19 LPA fixed+10% variable
Infosys :- 17 fixed + 3 LPA variable

So, as per my experience how much ctc I can ask in my next interviews. Or is it fine as per market.

If Joe can’t even do an unscripted interview or event, how can we expect him to run the country? Guess what, the world doesn’t follow a neatly orchestrated script, and bringing a teleprompter into meetings is generally frowned upon.

I’ve just passed the final interview for a Business Development Manager position for SaltPay, UK. Does anyone know of the commission structure, KPI’s etc to expect? I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
