Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. I have been working in my current organization for the past 10 months. Since my team is very small, I was asked to do a variety of roles, which I happily obliged. I was hired as a developer and have played the role of BA, Tester and PM happily but each of these roles have been for a short while and was assigned to someone else once the heavy lifting is done. The independent projects gets halted due to this being a pharma Company and it’s process-oriented nature
