Hi Guyz, Please help me decide between UBS and Altimetrik Corp. Ctc is same.
UBS has bit legacy tech stack but they said, they are moving to cloud and other tech migrations are in progress.
Altimetrik Corp. client is Citi, tech stack unknown yet. But I am thinking i will have good technical exposure in Altimetrik compared to UBS.
For me, being relevant in industry 5 yrs down the line matters. Also, that doesn't mean i am ok to work 12 hrs a day. I think 9-6 should be enough. YOE: 11+

They have asked me to submit document only for last employment for BGV which first advantage is doing. And offer letter mentions to submit only exp/relieving letter for last 2 employers as applicable while joining.
Little confused as I am have bad experience with one of my employer.

They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level.
